I help people take back a sense of control in their work lives—whether it’s navigating tricky relationships, advocating for fair pay, or simply getting clarity on their role. These conversations are my favorite part of the work. I love giving people permission to reclaim their agency and shape the experience they seek.

I’ve spent years inside creative agencies building career frameworks, coaching managers, and teaching people what growth actually looks like (and what to stop wasting energy on). I know what psychological safety feels like in practice, and I’ve built the systems that sustain it. I’ve seen how different-sized organizations work—and I can help you understand what’s worth changing, and what’s not.

I hear from so many people who feel unhappy at work—but aren’t ready to find something new. They feel stuck. Disconnected. Understimulated. They’re not learning or growing, but the job market feels too volatile to take a leap. And truthfully, there’s still plenty they love about their job.

I meet with folks to help them through this moment in time. It’s a little like therapy: I’ll listen, help unpack your goals, and figure out what’s standing in your way. But unlike a therapist, I’ll also tell you exactly what I think you should do. I’m a fan of scripts, systems, and practical tools—resources that keep supporting you long after our conversation ends.
