Operational Strategy
“A brilliantly empathetic person capable of tackling any fire, juggling complex logistics across every aspect of the festival—from venue operations to volunteer management to vendor coordination—while staying calm and collected. Her ability to rapidly identify and tackle potential problems allowed us to take on bigger and more audacious projects, scaling it from 1,000 attendees in her first few years up to a massive arena-scale production in 2018, complete with a surprise Lizzo performance, while allowing us to focus on the creative and emotional parts of the event we most cared about.”

“I imagine if Claire Huxtable and MacGyver had a kid their name would be Rachel Coddington. Cool under pressure, ingenuity for days and a swagger that is always runway ready.”
- Stephen Green, Vanport Studio / Pitch Black
“Rachel will be pumping out the most incredible work you’ve ever seen, and while you’re busy admiring it, she’s already thinking about how the next thing is going to be even better.”
